Former Girls’ frontman Christopher Owens recently announced a string of intimate concerts this June and is also offering a free download of an acoustic version of his solo debut Lysandre.
Owens previously toured all over the world with a seven-piece band, but he’ll now perform entirely acoustic shows through June starting in Salt Lake City, Utah. The setlist will feature songs from both his solo career and Girls.
To download the acoustic Lysandre, visit the website here and click the download link. You can also pick up the original here.

Another week, another good band from Brazil. We called into Sao Paulo to hear the new sounds from the guys that played with The Name, now called Club America, and we’re digging the synth-pop, of course. Read our interview with these guys here.
Also, feel free to download this track and then give the EP a shot on our site here.
ALSO: Please believe us that the mp3 is much louder on the downloadable version than on Soundcloud.
